Nicholas Ponzio – CEO

During this period, through a series of Mergers and Acquisitions, the Company became affiliated with Royal Bank of Canada through RBC Dain. In 2005, he was invited to join the RBC Dain Directors Group and subsequently joined the RBC U.S. Equity Council, an internal group focused on business innovation and the development of talent within the overall organization. Nick has been the featured speaker at seminars focused on US Equity markets and has been interviewed or quoted in many financial publications including, The Wall Street Journal, Traders Magazine, Equity Magazine, S.I. Advance, and Trader Monthly.
Since his departure from RBC in mid 2009, Nicholas has been spending much of his time developing and incubating a number of entities primarily in the financial and real estate sectors. Nicholas is also a long standing partner in Cardinale Enterprises, a real estate developer, builder and manager of commercial properties in the northeast. His expertise in the securities industry and business development is a great asset to the company.
He has also expanded his participation and involvement with a number of charitable and not-for-profit organizations. He is a board member as well as a supporter of a number of local organizations including Eger Lutheran Nursing Home & Services, Staten Island Friends of Hospice Care, Staten Island Children’s Museum and Centra State Hospital Capital Campaign Committee. He is also a participating member of the Campaign for Care and Healing Leadership Committee (Staten Island University Hospital) and a director and board member of Emergency Children’s Help Organization(ECHO).
